Need Help cut carriage cable not problem?

I have a Roland sp-300v. I was getting pinchroll error invalid right(or left)pos message. I researched the reason and changed the cut carriage cable. I ran the linear encoder setup and limit position initialization and am still getting the pinchroll error message. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice?

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
It's almost always the cut carriage cable. If that didn't fix it, test the pinch roller sensor in the service menu. If you move the head back and forth a little an asterisk should blink on and off when you go by the pinch rollers. If not, the sensor is probably bad. It could also be damage to the servo board but that is much more rare.
