Cut line shifts when table advances

1) Our Esko X24 tabletop cutter cut lines shift when the table advances and resumes cutting. Can anyone provide any troubleshooting ideas on how to fix?


2) It also struggles/destroys cutting out small letters (~0.5" tall), is the machine even capable of doing small lettering? Or do I just need to make some adjustments somewhere?
