Cut lines not showing up

We print and cut hundreds of signs for the marine industry a day on our esko cutter. If I make the size of the artwork an exact measurement, for example 3x3, 3.25x3 then add the cut line around it, it works fine. Any time I make an odd size measurement 3.1 or 3.6 it will not have part of the cut line in the .icut file. Does anyone know what would cause this? We print to an hp latex 360, and use onyx rip que. I make the file and magenta cut contour the same for every file sent to print. It's only those that are a strange measurement that does not have the whole cutline in the icut file.

I have attached some files of me sending the job to print, I needed 10 of the 3x6 rectangles and 10 of the 2.4x5.1 rectangles. See how the cut file is missing lines on what gets sent to my cutter computer.

Thanks for any help.
