DCS uv 84 gen 1 colorbyte 11 problems

Good afternoon, everyone!

I have been printing on the dcs all morning and now all of a sudden now every time I send to rip it will come up with the saving page and then once I type in the job number or name and click save it will automatically say unknown error. Any ideas on how to recover this so I can get back to printing?

1. Check Windows Updates / Restart
2. Check Hard Drive Space and make sure you have plenty.
2. Dump all of the old print files in the queue
3. Validate and reinstall the printer
