Decipheriong Date of Manufacture / Born ... on ORACAL 751 box label

Can anyone here tell me when this was manufactured/Born/Produced? I just bought a roll (48 yrds/ almost full) of ORACAL 751 and this stuff smells and weeds like it is very old. I'd like to know before I call the supplier tomorrow in the morning. It weeds and smells much different from every other roll of 751 I have ever used.
