Disproportionate Stickers - Fiery CutServer and Graphtec FC8600

Hi all,

We recently added Fiery CutServer as an add-on for our EFI Pro16H hybrid flatbed machine. We're printing stickers, and I currently have a live job for 2000 small decals on clear with white ink. I can get them to print, the cut file generates, but when I send the cut file to our Graphtec FC8600, it will read the registration marks and start cutting without issue, BUT the rectangles are coming out at a finshed size that is .25" smaller than the proper finished size. Only on one side. So, the stickers are supposed to be 2"w X 1.5"h, but they are coming out at 1.75"x1.5" . It looks like it's taking off .13" from the left and .13" from the right.

I recently had a job that was for circle stickers, and they were trying to cut as oblong ovals. I feel like there is some setting that I can't figure out on the Graphtec that would account for this, as it seems like it's such an even number of being 1/4" off, but I'm not sure what to look for.

We also use an HP Latex 365 and ONYX RipQueue for stickers with our Graphtec, and have no cutting issues like this when we use that software. The major change that I had to make, was the language on the cutter had to be switched from GPGL (Graphtec) to HPGL (Fiery CutServer). Would this change have made the stickers cut disproportionate? Has anyone ever experienced something similar to this?

Thanks, y'all!
