DX5 Printhead problem

Hello, I have a problem with my chinese printer Galaxy UD251LA. The printer has been working fine for several years. I think the last time I changed the printhead was 3 years ago.

I get this red spray... but the head seems to print ok and the test print looks good.

Would this be a problem with the printhead or the printboard? anybody has had something similar?

Usually when its the printhead you would get all CMYK spray... I have had this before..

On another note , I am getting 1.8v on my earth (using multimeter connecting neutral + earth). Is this normal or could there be an electrical problem?
