E092Err CR Over Load

I have a Mutoh ValueJet 1624x. We did some maintenance this morning to clean up some satellite dots in the print and have received this error. I have powered down and unplugged the machine, to no avail. Any ideas?

Check for anything that might be stopping the head from moving properly. The head lock mechanism might be jammed for example. You can also unlock the head, move it all the way to the left of the machine and then power on. hen observe where it stops and let us know.

Issue Resolved. The lock mechanism was bent just enough to catch the carriage. I guess I didn't hit the release correctly when I moved it over.
