Hi friends,

In my Mutoh Valujet 1624x I got an error E179Err SubTank Hi Y.. Please anybody help me to get rid of the error.

It's a bit counter intuitive. The error means the printer expected the sub tank to be full by now but it's not. The usual cause is a clogged tube between the ink cartridge and sub tank. It's possible that the sensor or the sub tank itself are malfunctioning but it's usually a clog. It's a messy area of the printer to work on so you might want to get a tech.
