My laminator was working fine for over a year now since I’ve owned it. My rollers roll forward and reverse, but not up and down. When not in use, I move the rollers apart and let the laminate hang so it doesn’t create flat marks on the roller. I currently have the side off the laminator, but way too many wires and circuits for me to even want to mess with it.

anyone have this issue before and able to fix it?
