Just got my first dual head machine, an epson S70. the heads were not aligned when installed and i get some dark lines and gaps (attached pics). does anyone know which adjustment will fix this? or which screws to adjust to align both heads? i have the service program to run adjustments, but i can't find which one it is.

Guy's literally saying hes got the service program.
And doesn't know how to use it. So what good is it? That's what service technicians are for.
the service manual does not address the required adjustment, so i looked to the amazing internet for insights.
