every time I print I have to select "other" - to get my Production manager to work

This is constantly disappearing (it shows as blank) and I have to click the drop down and hit other, then pick this PM. (I only have 1)

it used to stick and I never had to pick this, but now its pretty much every time I print. any ideas?

What version of Flexi do you have? Have you tried reloading the factory defaults in the preference manager?

I have flexi 12.

tried that still was doing it.... last night I turned off my firewall will see if that fixes it for the long term.... if its that then I can just add the program back into the firewall and turn it back on.
