fb500 fb700 low vacuum

the computer says my vacuum is pulling only a little more than 5. The computer says to turn the adjustment screw1/8 counterclockwise, but to call a technician. Has anyone had issues with FB500 vacuum? I'm wondering what the root cause is.

I have had it with a FB700. We had to adjust ours. I think we ended up at a 1/4 turn.

Where is the screw? Is it at the bottom right corner where the ink boxes are? I assumed that adjusted ink vacuum
