Finding an Independent Roland Printer Service Tech???

Looking to jetison our Dealer Service dude for our multiple out of warranty Roland printers ... he's way too expensive and far too incompetent.

Where can we find/locate a qualified independent Roland service engineer. We'll even fly him/her to our location (MidSouth/Midwest area).

We use a remote Tech from Florida, we are in GA. He talks us through our repairs on our VersaCamms, charges by the length of the call.

I've worked with TyrrellTech in Maryland on cutting equipment and can certainly second their recommendation!

If you can find someone selling aftermarket ink locally, normally they will have a tech. No guarantee they are good, but this is how I found a few local techs. Usually they worked for one of the bigger suppliers and quit to sell aftermarket supplies and service.
