Flexi not sending some colors on some jobs

When I was on v19 a handful of times a year I would have this random issue where a certain color(s) would not print on some files or it would completely change the color. Reprint, and it would print fine. I know it wasn't a hardware issue because that color would print on the same job...sometimes even the same file but just a different spot on the sheet. And it isn't like ink dropout....you can tell it will just randomly print a different color or no color where there should be some. But since updating to version v24 this is almost a daily occurrence and it happens on both of our machines. It happens on one machine more than the other but still does happen on both. The problem is that even if I see the issue, do a test print of a smaller version, it will print fine. Then scale back up and it will leave the colors our on the large version. Tried this on a certain file about 5 times today and it just refuses to print a couple of spots using one of our printers. The spots are supposed to be orange and red but when printing it will either just print nothing or print those spots yellow for some reason. Anyone seen anything like this?
