flourescent die cut decals

I have a plumber who needs die cut decals with flourescent Yellow background. I sent it to firesprint..they are a no go.
Anybody have a printer for these?

We've printed on the fluorescent base vinyl with our UCJV300 without issue, leave the fluorescent parts clear.

Substance makes a fluorescent yellow printable media. I've thought about ordering some for self-promo but other than the sample they sent me I haven't pulled the trigger on it yet. It seems good and since all the rest of their stuff is phenomenal, I have no reason to think this would be any less than that.

I gave up printing with fluorescent inks, they don't last outdoors, fades within three weeks.
I think I'll try dannyd1962 suggestion.

If the fluorescent is one color, find that as the base vinyl and print on it. White ink comes in handy too.
