Its a commonplace font with older GERBER and ANAGRAPH systems. I'll check some other sources as well. At the moment, I know that STAHL'S uses and offers it as Miniature Script and WEST MARINE offers it for their customers as ATHLETIC SCRIPT as well.

It's definitely not Athletic Script or any of its clones ... but I have no match in my database.

Upon closer look Fred, you are correct. It is however, a dead on match for ANAGRAPH'S Athletic Script. Beyond that, I've got and find nothing else.
