Font ID Help

I realize this looks like crap, but it's from a photograph of an old photograph of an old photocopied image (seriously).

The word COMPANY has some specific characteristics with the M and the bottom of the N.

if you can help ID this I thank you . . . !

It looks like a torn off decal . . . I don't think decals use to be hand lettered were they !

Can anyone recommend something similar, I'm sure I've seen something close to this before !
