Font ID help

I was wondering if anyone might be able to quickly identify this font. I know I've seen it before but I'm drawing a blank. Thanks in advance.
The word PRESCOTT'S is what I'm looking for and for giggles if know the script font at the bottom Quality...that would also rock. Thanks in advance.

That's the one I have. Kinda thought there may be another number that wouldn't require stretching and a stroke.
