I'd say it's a butchered rip-off of Trajan Pro. I'm sure you'll find it on Dafont.com.

Nova Augustea ... This is a font from the old Optifont foundry who appears to now be out of business. You should be able to use Augustea Open and delete the inline if you can't find Nova Augustea.
