Font ID Request

I need a little help with identifying a typeface. The attached image is from a larger PNG file I may have to re-build in vector format. I've scrolled through pages of samples at DaFont and not come up with any matches. The lettering is pretty fugly. I could probably just hand-trace it and it would be just as "good," but I'm trying to reduce just a little bit of the drudgery. Thanks in advance.

Given the difference in the uppercase "U" I'd say it was a trace to begin with. A trace of maybe a hand lettered.
