1 - I feel embarrassed posting this because I know I know what the font is

2 - Whatthefont isn't working for me, gives me a fatal error, anyone else having a problem with the site this morning?

look like Belwe Cn BT that is stretched a bit.....Belwe Bold has a little different serifs...

My Belwe Bold has different Serifs...the serifs on your "construction" sample are identical to those on my Belwe Cn BT...but stretched a bit...see attachment.
