Font id.

I have a font that looks very similar. When I tried to get the customer to approve the proof, she said it has to be identical. We did not make the original sign. Please help.

Looks like Franklin Gothic Bold Condensed or some iteration thereof.

Looks to me like Franklin Gothic Standard Extra Condensed. A blurry pic does not help much.
