Looks like it may have started out in life as

Lucida Big Casual Demi Italic

I found it Fred - known as Textile Appartently its a Mac font. With Lucida Big Casual Demi Italic being its counterpart on PC - Both designed by the same person I believe...

I think you will find that Textile is a renamed version of Lucida Big Casual. It comes free with Apple computers but may not be commercially available. this is what MyFonts has under Purchase options:
