Gerber Embosstrack - Jagged Edges issue

Hi

I'm new to the vinyl cutting business and I hoping that someone can shed some light on my problem.

I've run into an issue whereby I get jagged edges on the rounded corners on the vinyl that I'm cutting. Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it.
