Gerber Odyssey with sensor issue

Hey, I am sitting in front of a Gerber Odyssey that is giving me a "Dust/Object Detected, <Big Size>". I have cleaned all of the sensors repeatedly, but alas, it has done no good. Gerber's manual doesn't list <Big Size> as a message option in the manual. So WTF? Any help would be great, I'd like to cut something today.

another error message

now it is telling me sensors indicate improper loading and before there was an erro about the center pinch wheel being down on wide material. It is a 15" roll, that pinch roller is supposed to be down. Could I have a bad sensor?
