Need Help Getting a new printer

Hi Folks,
Getting our first wide format printer in the form of Epson S80600. Feeling excited but also a bit lost as this will be our first in house printer. What are the things I have to be aware of when the installation is being done by the Epson guys and what are the things I need to specifically ask the installation guys to train us with?

The epson is very easy to use. Important for my opinion is that they show you how to manage the profiles over epson edge dashboard.

Agreed, very easy/user friendly printers. Our "training" for our S60600 was about 20 minutes....... at first I was a bit disappointed then quickly realized how easy it was to operate and maintain.

We ran Rolands for 10+ years so had experience operating printers.

That said, seeing as this is your first printer, you'll have more questions and should hopefully receive at least a half day of training. Make sure you have a contact info for tech support and questions for anything that you think of later.
