Getting a "Y Org Error" when using Cut Sheet after Job in Flexi on my Mimaki CJV150

Machine: Mimaki CJV150-75
Rip: Flexi 22.0.1

When I choose the checkbox in Flexi that says: Cut sheet after job, I am getting a horrible noise I think from my y axis belt and then error: Y Org Error on my machine screen
It never does cut the sheet auto after the job is done I have to manually choose cut sheet after the job ends which is a pain. I want all of my jobs to fall into a basket or box (that I am yet to create).
Any help or similar experience?

There really shouldn't be any difference between doing it from Flexi and doing it from the machine. Maybe post a video of what it's doing. Might help.
