sorry for the ignorance, but what is a "glass photo panel" ?
I deal with glass daily and never heard of this term

Flat Tempered Safty Glass that you can heat press your images on. We buy from Conde but need to lowere the price.

So you just want low iron glass that is toughened/tempered.

Just go to a glass manufacture. or make a few calls. give them the sizes and they'll cut them to size, polish the edges & toughen them,

If you buy pre cut glass, you're really wasting money.

A glass supplier won't be able to make what he needs. It has to have a polyester coating which is receptive to the sublimation inks. The brand of the blanks is ColorLyte. Do a Google search and find other vendors. In a quick search I found Amazon sells them at triple Conde's price. Coastal Business Supplies had the 8"x10" for fifty cents or so less.

If you are trying to become a vendor, perhaps contact ColorLyte and deal directly with them?
