Hi there,
Looking for some advise. I picked up a vinyl cutter from a friend that owns a sign shop. Its an import and the name on the machine says "Golden Sign, sign products". In the manual, it says in the hook up to plug in to the 220v power....The plug and cable looks like a 110 volt power cable. I turned on and only one light came on and a faint sound, like low power. The LED readout screen doesn't display anything either. Should I assume I will need a power converter for a 110v up to a 220v for input? Thanks in advance.
