Graphtec CE6000 not cutting accurate

I am doing a print and contour cut label. The files are set up correctly in Illustrator, we have cut these in the past with no problem. Now all of a sudden the cuts are off, by quite a bit, some are 1/4" off. What could be causing this? Created a new file, same thing, running on a mac OS10.5, using cutmaster3 plug in, connected via USB . Im stumped

Did you recently have to reset your machine to the default setting?

We recently had the same thing happened. Most likely not the situation you are having but worth a check. We have an 8000 with a double holder for stylus and blade. New guy put the blade in the wrong holder. Almost a quarter inch off.
