Graphtec FC9000-140 not detecting middle marks

On my Graphtec FC9000-140 I'm running a job with multiple marks. Using Cutting Master 4 I have the graphtec XY segment area type 2 marks, so there are 10 marks total. When I try to cut the job, it scans the first mark, skips the second, scans the third and then runs to the end of the sheet past the edge of the job, can't find the corner and spits it out. Almost like it's expecting a different sized sheet?

yeah Ive always used that but longer prints are started to cut badly towards the end of the sheet, so I'm trying adding additional marks in between
