Graphtec Plotter Sparking!! Urgent plz help.

Our Graphtec is spazzing out. Theres a spark happening in the copper coil. Has anyone seen this? Video of the sparking is below.

We have a Graphtec 8600 64 inch.

Any idea what is happening?

Maybe the coil is shorted out? They sell replacement coil parts, unsure if its the whole head or not. Surely someone else more knowledgeable will see this.
