Had some contract laser engraving done - any way to salvage this?

I paid good money for you to read this!
We had a bunch of Yeti tumblers engraved. Most looked great but a few came back like this -

The rest are as shiny as that little scratch in the forehead (ahem...)
I'm thinking the lettering might be passable if I could get the main parts of the bird shining.
Anybody had to fix something like this?

Spray it with some LA's totally awesome and give it a light buff with a cloth and rinse, it should remove the haze.

Red is really hard to do, they usually come out pink and need to be cleaned, I'm guessing whoever did these forgot to do a few.
