Has anybody used HotelMarketData.com?

We receive emails from them fairly regularly and it seems to have some really useful info ... so I was just curious if anybody has used HotelMarketData.com and if they recommend it for the price you pay for the yearly subscription or if its better to avoid?

I believe it depends on how effective your salespeople are on the phone, email, social media, and your website. Once you determine their effectiveness, you can do the cost/benefit analysis
