Sure, how big is the file, can you send it via PM?

OP probably does NOT have cloud either, but was supplied with a file v.cloud

That makes sense! I guess I don't have my thinking cap on today.

CC can save back to any version. We use it daily.

This is very odd, although I have and use Photoshop CC, I closed it and launched the oldest version of PS I have on the same computer CS5, and it opens all of my images form CC, so to me if it has a .psd file name it can be opened in ANY version of PS, at least it does for me.....

Thank you everyone. Yes it was supplied artwork so we couldnt open it. My designer was playing around and I think he did place it into illy and that worked. He said he was also able to open or import with Signlab as well. Customer was on the road at the time so could not resave back to legacy CS6 for us.
