Heavy banding on color prints only...PLEASE HELP!

We recently printed a large red wrap for a commercial client, the entire print had banding spaced evenly apart. As you can see above the issue is still occurring while printing large color panels. It appears to only happen along the edges of the vinyl. I recently have cleaned the head manually, before every print I run a long head clean through the settings, and I have also done a PF adjustment. I need help because this is stopping my production. Any tips or advice are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I think I may have resolved this issue by changing from a calendared print profile in vertelith, to a cast profile. Only with the help of Scott! Thanks Scott. I will update if issue continues...

With 1641 Is usual in some media even when u calibrate the media perfectly (manually). Just edit profile and make it unidirectional instead bidirectional
