Need Help Help! Error opening port

I’m having issues sending from the computer to my Graphtec. I’m using TraffiCAD with windows 7. Everything has been working fine until last Friday when a guy came to work on our internet and now it’s just stopped working. Any help would be appreciated.

What we will need to know is, does the Graphtec connect via the network or is it USB? Most Graphtecs use USB. If it is hooked up to the network, you will need to find out what the internet guy did. Did he change the router? It's most likely the router settings were changed and just need to be reconfigured.
