Help me with my simple question

I'm trying to insert a jpeg picture into the body of my email. I know I can do it for each email that I send by using the insert function.
But I want it to be for all emails that I send, not just single emails. I want it to be used for a vacation schedule

Anyone have a way to do it

I'm using 365 exchange.
I tried inserting it into auto reply, but can't find a way to do it
You would think it would be simple
