Help reading PC600 LEDs

When Trying to print the BUSY LED plus all CARTRIDGE HOLDER LEDS flash. The only way I can clear the error lights is it power off and back on. I can not find anything telling me what is wrong. I only find SETUP LED plus CARTRIDGE LEDS message. I think it has to do with my Cyan color but I have changed out the cartridge for a differant one and I get the same result.

Support docs indicate "Fatal Error, contact dealer for service"

Make sure you have the Process, CMYK colors in the first four bays and try again.

Thanks. I thought maybe it was the same as the SETUP LED. Printer worked fine last time I shut it off. Just aggervating.

Used to have service manual but no longer. Sorry couldn't be any bigger help.
