Help? Roland printing off the vinyl

Hey I have a 30 inch roland versacamm....Its reading the 29 max cutting area. but when it prints it prints with in a 1/16 from the edge of the vinyl??? If I print crop marks...its completely off the vinyl? whats wrong?
