Help with Font

Hey Everyone, I need some help identifying the stencil font. I have some close but not exact. Please help if you can. Thanks in advance

Arial Sucks.
It's just Helvetica Extra Bold Condensed with some stencil effects knocked through the lettering. The smaller Honda lettering looks like another normal width weigh of Helvetica getting the same treatment.

I haven't been to this forum in years, but I see they have a section for fonts and typography and I am wondering if anyone can ID this font? It was sent by a customer for part of their logo and they need some words updated and I wondered if any font sharks might have this at the tip of their tongue? Thanks!
