Help With My Jv4!

I'm hearing some noise coming from my Y-BAR ASSY or the X DRIVE.. As the machine runs there is a knocking sound coming from either of those 2 above. Any ideas??

Pls help I need to fix it asap!

Don't use it anymore, it's about to fall apart........welcome

Probably the bearings in the y-pulley at the left end of the platen. As a technician i have replaced many of these. It is a standard sealed bearing type available from a good bearing retailer or directly from a mimaki dealer.
I doubt it is the x drive assy since this is a direct drive worm gear and usually do not fail.

thanks printertech 101, as it turns out it is the y-pulley. I'm getting the new part in soon!
