Help with Roland- Invalid Sheet

Newbie needs help.

Have a Roland CJ500 converted to SC500. Trying to load 15" sheet of media to print and cut. Roland says "Invalid Sheet Load Sheet Again"

I can't get the machine to take the media.

Suggestions please!

Make sure the far right pinch roller is set within the first three grit roller areas on the right. Also, I believe their is a minimum sheet size of 20" or thereabouts for print/cut jobs.
