Help with strange color bleed.

I have a Roland sp300v. I have cleaned the head sponges and wipers. But when I print its ok at the start but then in the white it will leave a strange water look in a mist of black. Has anyone seen this before. Its not banding it looks like nothing I have seen.

Look at the white areas in the letters and around the sides.
