When making a contur cut in flexi 8 is there any way to reduce the size of the mutoh box? My graphic is to small to fill the box and its a huge waste of material.

No. Unfortunately, there is a minimum size to the Mutoh registration box. This is used for the 8 points the cutter uses to align your contour cut job. See submitted screenshot
