a) you make something without quoting/knowing what you will sell them for?

Calendered or cast? It looks more like 24" x 9.5" when I enlarge it.

If you could print these out, it would be much easier and cheaper, so it might not be worth what you want/think.
We do a 4" x 22" 2 color overlay, such as that one.... and they generally get about 10 to 20 at a pop. We charge $16.00 ea. They take us roughly 15 minutes to print them all, another 10 minutes or so to weed and we're feeling good for 1/2 hours worth of work, plus a few dollars of vinyl and ink making $300 above our costs.
