It's the Vietnamese sign shops. Fingernail salons around here always ask for a quote for their signs and then have them made by Vietnamese shops and shipped to them for maybe 1/5 what we bid. Using our design, of course.

Charge for design/mockup or send such bad resolution mockup that it can't be used by someone else
