how to adjust bias

I need help I believe I need to adjust horizontal bias I adjusted my bi directional, nozzle test is good. Im getting magenta on one side and cyan and yellow on the other side wether Im printing uni or bi directional. Can anyone tell me the steps to getting into service mode and making the adjustments.

alright I got into service mode and did the test print for bias and the lines are not perfectly straight. Im not really sure what this means or how to correct lol, can anyone shed some light on this for me? Thanks

You need to get a phillips screwdriver to loosen the heads and then use an allen to adjust the bias through the front of the carriage assembly. The bias looks to be off by about a quarter turn.

Be careful. You can ruin your printer easily messing around the heads and ribbons while the printer is on.
