How to cut on FC2250 with no reg marks

Funny that after 2.5 years on the machine we have our first job that is simply cutting a shape. We always print graphics with registration marks and cut that way but this job is just cutting a shape out of out magnet sheets. What is the correct way to set that file up and how do I do it.
We use Cutting master in Illustrator.

Our problem is we try to edit the cut file on a 8 up cut on the sheet and the edits don't seem to affect the cut. Any advice? We're cutting ribbons out of a sheet and some are not centered.
